My aerial had come down in the wind and was banging on the chimney. The very friendly woman on the phone said she would try and fit me in, and would phone me back. She phoned back in a few minutes saying that I would get a visit around lunchtime. The gentleman came at 1.15pm, sure enough. He was charming, helpful and re-fixed the aerial with absolutely no fuss. He took his shoes off before entering the house without being asked. As he didn't need any parts, he simply charged a basic call out fee, which was brilliant value.
